The farm is run entirely by father and daughter to guarantee excellent
quality at a fair price. They personally tend to all the productive processes
using no intermediaries to sell their produce, which is sold directly to the
public at the farm. The cultivations are farmed both with care and expertise to
safeguard the genuine characteristics of products in full respect of nature,
whitch in turn pays them back with an excellent Chianti Classico DOCG, a red IGT
wine and extra-virgin olive oil.

From the hectare vineyard, with its 2560 vines, we produce 40 tons of
Chianti Classico, 20 tons of IGT and 20 tons of red table wine. Our 495 olive
trees yield from minimum of 300 litres to a maximum of 800 litres of
extra-virgin olive oil.
Vinsanto is produced using only white grapes, removing skin and seeds,
pressed and sealed hermetically in oak barrels of various sizes and left for a
minimum of 5 years. Fermentation is the only process involved in the production
of this typically Florentine sweet wine. Usually from a 50 litre barrel only
20/25 litre of vinsanto are made, the remaining part is left in the barrel to
produce new vinsanto.
All our products ca be teasted at any time of day, either in our cellar
with its Tuscan family atmosphere, or in the relaxing garden listening to
nature's music.
Booking is preferable especially for " Wine Tasting Under the Stars",
every Wednesday and Friday evening, when all the farm's products can be tasted
from 9pm onwards
